<p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.</li>
<li>Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, ensuring correct quantity and product codes.</li>
<li>Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged or stale items.</li>
<li>Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.</li>
<li>Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.</li>
<li>Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service by supporting issues to resolution.</li>
<li>Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, promptly cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring totes are clean and free of debris before packing.</li>
<li>Operate material handling equipment safely, conduct pre‑inspection checks before use, and exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility in completing and adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.</li>
</ul>
<p>The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.25 per hour. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.</p>
