<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Winnipeg!</p>
<p>The Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, responsible for preparing customer specifications for all product requirements and facilitating on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring thorough understanding of customers' requirements</li>
<li>Ensuring customer specifications accurately reflect the customers' requirements</li>
<li>Ensuring timely responses to customer requests</li>
<li>Ensuring timely, error-free preparation and approvals of artwork, customer specifications, Kodak proofs etc. to keep game orders on schedule</li>
<li>Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions</li>
<li>Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries</li>
<li>Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers</li>
<li>Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field</li>
<li>3+ years' experience in an administrative or project coordination role</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint</li>
<li>Prior lottery industry experience is considered an asset</li>
</ul>
