<p>Company<br>ClaimsPro LP</p><p>Account Manager, Insurance - Full Time (Markham, Ontario)</p><p>We have an existing opportunity to add an Account Manager to our team</p><p>Team Management Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to a dedicated adjusting team</li><li>Ensure claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li><li>Support achievement of financial and production targets through weekly review of KPIs such as abeyance, adjuster billings, claims response times, cycle times, and account receivables.</li><li>Adjuster Performance management through quality assurance reviews and audits, regular adjuster meetings, and complaint management</li><li>Act in a consultative and advisory capacity on claims matters and technical issues</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex claims.</li><li>Handle escalated claims to ensure resolution reached</li><li>Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for the claims team.</li></ul><p>Account Management Responsibilities</p><ul><li>"Single point of contact" for all internal and external Client Stakeholders and addressing inquiries/concerns as needed</li><li>Create and Maintain Service Level Agreements and Claims Handling Process/Guideline documents as per Client contractual obligations</li><li>Establish and implementation of Best Handling Practices unique to the client</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings, as required.</li><li>Participation in client contract renewals, as required.</li><li>Management and oversight of Accounts Invoicing.</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><ul><li>University Degree or industry experience equivalent, CIP designation or ability to be licensed in ON and other jurisdictions.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years' experience in Property & Casualty claims adjusting, multi provincial experience preferred</li><li>Minimum 5 years supervisory experience</li><li>Fully licensed in Ontario or ability to be fully licensed in Ontario and other Provinces</li><li>Strong communication skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, and must be able to flex style appropriate to audience</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations</li><li>Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an ability to learn new technical systems</li><li>Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions to implement change where required</li></ul><p>Competitive Pay: $96,400 - $133,000</p><p>SCM Insurance Services and affiliates welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
