This role combines hands-on client engagement with leadership oversight, managing high-risk cancellation cases while driving performance, coaching, and strategy across the retention team.</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a results-driven, emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in fast-paced, target-focused environments. In this role, you will lead by examplepersonally managing complex client save conversations while coaching and developing retention specialists to improve save rates, renewal revenue, and overall client experience.</p><p>This is a highly consultative position where success is measured not by new client acquisition, but by revenue retention, reduced churn, and long-term client loyalty. <strong>This is an office-based role.
