<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Temporary 3-4 Month Contract</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk</strong></p><p>Industry: Automotive</p><p>Hourly Rate: $22-$28/Hour</p><p>Location: Brampton – In-Office Daily Role</p><p><strong></strong><strong>Apply ASAP!!</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking on ad hoc responsibilities and financial analysis in a collaborative environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs</li><li>Work within Microsoft D365 Dynamics Business Central / Navision to ensure accurate and timely processing</li><li>Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and reporting as needed</li><li>Assist with financial analysis, including variance analysis, data review, and basic reporting</li><li>Take on ad hoc accounting and administrative duties to support the broader finance team</li><li>Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role</li><li>Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting</li><li><strong>Experience with Business Central and/or Navision preferred</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent communication skills</strong> with the ability to collaborate across teams</li><li>Solid Excel skills and an analytical mindset</li><li>Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>Why Apply</strong><br />This is an excellent opportunity with a great organization and team with the opportunity to turn Perm.</p><p>Looking to Interview and Hire ASAP!!</p><p>TSSHP<br />LI-TS1</p></p></p>
