Job Description

<p>Our client is seeking a dedicated Aluminum Welder/Fitter to join their team. As an Aluminum Welder/Fitter, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and welding of aluminum truck bodies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Pay Range:$30/hour</strong></p>

<p><strong>Shift: </strong>Straight Days</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Perform MIG welding on aluminum truck bodies to ensure high-quality standards
<li>Fit and assemble aluminum components accurately and efficiently
<li>Follow safety protocols and use safety equipment such as steel-toed footwear
<li>Inspect finished welds and assemblies for quality and compliance
<li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
</ul>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience with MIG welding techniques for aluminum
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
<li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
</ul>
