As a key architectural leader, you will partner with business stakeholders, transformation leaders, and cross-functional teams to <b>shape the future of automation</b>, translating business aspirations into scalable Appian-based solutions. This is not just an architect role—it’s a strategic leadership opportunity to <b>drive innovation, inspire teams, and influence enterprise direction</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Define and communicate the architectural vision</b> for Appian solutions that aligns with the broader digital and automation strategy of the organization.</li><li>Serve as a <b>strategic partner to business and IT leaders</b>, shaping the automation roadmap in line with business objectives and innovation agendas.</li><li>Provide <b>architectural thought leadership</b> across enterprise automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for platform reuse, AI integration, and operational efficiencies.</li><li>Lead end-to-end solution architecture on the Appian platform, ensuring alignment with performance, scalability, and security standards.</li><li>Translate complex business needs into intuitive Appian workflows and user experiences, bringing clarity to ambiguity.</li><li>Guide architectural design reviews, solution feasibility assessments, and technology evaluations.</li><li>Establish and promote best practices, Appian design standards, and governance frameworks across squads and delivery partners.</li><li>Oversee the Appian delivery lifecycle: from ideation, discovery, and architecture through build, test, and scale.</li><li>Actively mentor and build internal capabilities through a federated <b>Appian practice</b>.</li><li>Drive continuous innovation by leveraging Appian’s AI/ML capabilities, low-code features, and intelligent integrations with external platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps to define and implement CI/CD pipelines and quality gates tailored for Appian applications.</li><li>Ensure all delivered solutions are compliant with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong foundation in solution architecture and enterprise applications.</li><li>7+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM with proven success in delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.</li><li><b>Appian Level 2 & Level 3 certifications</b> (mandatory).</li><li>Expertise in designing advanced SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and smart services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.</li><li>Experience building DevOps-enabled delivery pipelines (CI/CD, test automation).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile and scaled Agile environments.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a natural ability to influence at all levels.</li><li>Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, simplification, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p></p>
