We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>At Applewood we want every client that comes in to have a Best In Class experience, therefore going above and beyond their expectations is a must. It is an asset if you have customer service skills!</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Greeting customers: </strong>The receptionist is responsible for greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership. The receptionist must be friendly, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers.</li><li><strong>Answering phone calls: </strong>The receptionist is responsible for answering and directing them to the appropriate department or person. The receptionist must have a good knowledge of the dealership's operations and be able to provide accurate information to customers.</li><li><strong>Handling administrative tasks</strong>: The receptionist is responsible for handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork. The receptionist must be organized and detail oriented.</li><li><strong>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace:</strong> The receptionist is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and any customer waiting areas. The receptionist must ensure the dealership presents customers with a professional and welcoming image.</li><li><strong>Supporting other departments:</strong> The receptionist may be asked to support other departments in the dealership as needed. This could include coordinating events, assisting with marketing efforts, or conducting basic research.</li></ul><p><strong>Measurables:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Customer satisfaction score (CSI):</strong> This measures the satisfaction customers have with their experience when interacting with the receptionist. This can be measured through surveys or feedback forms.</li><li><strong>First call resolution rate: </strong>This measures the percentage of calls that are resolved during the first interaction with the receptionist without the need for follow-up actions. A higher rate indicates efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries.</li><li><strong>Average wait time: </strong>This measures the average time customers spend waiting to speak with the receptionist. A lower wait time indicates efficient management of customer traffic and can improve customer satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Call abandonment rate:</strong> This measures the percentage of calls that are abandoned by customers before speaking with the receptionist. A lower abandonment rate indicates better customer service and more efficient management of incoming calls.</li><li><strong>Administrative task completion rate: </strong>This measures the percentage of administrative tasks assigned to the receptionist that are completed accurately and within the given timeframe.
