The role is within the Capital Market (CM) division, specifically the QTS (Quantitative Technology Solutions) unit under the PRS (Portfolio Risk Services) and TRS (Technology Risk Intelligence) team. The team consists of approximately 5-7 members and focuses on technology-driven risk intelligence solutions. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, precision, and data-driven decision-making.
Daily Responsibilities
A typical day involves developing, maintaining, and supporting applications and reports critical to IT risk management. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel to analyze risk-related data.
- Collaborate with IT risk management teams to understand data analysis needs and deliver accurate reports.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to identify trends or patterns in complex datasets.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics activities.
- Support and maintain the CM Archer Application (RSA Archer) for governance, risk, and compliance tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience :
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL (5+ years): Complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python (5+ years): Data analysis and automation tasks.
- Expertise in MS SQL Database (5+ years): Database management and querying.
- Business knowledge in IT Risk Management and Reporting: Ability to understand and interpret risk-related data accurately.
- Tableau: Experience in creating dashboards for IT risk visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills: Proficiency in advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting for data analysis.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with RSA Archer: Knowledge of this Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform for managing risk, compliance, and policies.
