<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsible for selling commercial heating products through effective sales strategies and policies</p><p>in order to maximize sales and profitability. The Inside Sales Representative will provide</p><p>a high level of sales discipline and excellent customer service through day-to-day contact</p><p>with customers.</p><p><br /></p><p>Education:</p><p><br /></p><p>- Community College technical degree plus minimum of three years related experience in the industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p>- Knowledge of process heating products and heat transfer engineering.</p><p>- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.</p><p><br /></p><p>Skills & Attributes:</p><p><br /></p><p>- Excellent communication skills.</p><p>- Good Problem solving skills.</p><p>- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.</p><p>- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.</p><p><br /></p><p>Specific Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><p>- Establish close working relationship with customers in order to determine their needs and identify other potential applications of product inventory.</p><p>- Develop customer accounts: quote prices; secure orders; arrange delivery dates.</p><p>- Ensure all customer requirements and expectations are well understood before the order is executed.</p><p>- Build a loyal customer base through dedicated customer service.</p><p>- Be able to understand the customer’s application and provide a solution/quotation</p><p>to the customer’s requirement.</p><p>- Perform heat and heat loss calculations.</p><p>- Attend product training courses.</p><p>- Update and/or make aware to appropriate departments of customer information as it becomes available.</p><p>- Expedite customer placed orders.</p><p>- Call prospective customers to expand product offering.</p><p>- Prepare quotations and provide product literature as needed.</p><p>- Maintain documentation of customer communications.</p><p><br /></p><p>Training Requirements:</p><p><br /></p><p>- ISO Training</p><p>- AX Training</p><p>- Basic Electricity Training</p><p>- Heating application</p><p><br /></p></p>Company Description<p>Our client is a world leader in developing heating systems for the Energy sector.</p></p><h3>Company Description</h3><p>Our client is a world leader in developing heating systems for the Energy sector.</p>
