<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Job Summary:The Senior Architect will work closely with project team members and clients, and will be responsible for leading the design and management of large-scale, complex projects.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as extensive professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the development of architectural designs and plans for large-scale, complex projects</li><li>Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software</li><li>Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations</li><li>Collaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success</li><li>Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders</li><li>Participate in site visits and inspections</li><li>Review and evaluate building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications</li><li>Manage project documentation and schedules</li><li>Mentor and manage junior and intermediate team members</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders</li><li>Contribute to the development of presentations and proposals</li><li>Represent the firm in professional organizations and industry events</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Architecture or a related field; Master&#39;s degree preferred</li><li>10+ years of relevant work experience, including experience leading large-scale, complex projects</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others</li><li>Expert knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong leadership, mentoring, and management skills</li><li>Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders</li></ul><p>Internal Job Code: AR-AR-04<br />Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 / Annually</p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>l7n9vCqLhG</p></p></p>
