Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom home design, with specific experience in exterior architectural detailing using precast concrete and Indiana limestone.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients, builders, and our fabrication team, and ensure every job is executed with accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage custom home projects from design to installation, with a focus on exterior precast and limestone features
• Review and prepare architectural drawings and shop drawings for approval
• Coordinate with clients, builders, engineers, and the production team
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design and installation accuracy
• Provide technical advice and creative solutions for exterior architectural challenges
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
Qualifications:
• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in custom residential projects
• Experience with exterior precast concrete and limestone detailing is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and related architectural software
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
