As the global leader in services that improve the Quality of Life, we operate in 55 countries, serving over 100 million consumers each day through our unique combination of On-Site Food and FM Services, Benefits & Rewards Services and Personal & Home Services.</p>Job Description<br><br><p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact: </strong> </p><p>In your new role as our<strong> Area General Manager Food Services ,</strong> you will lead and direct multiple teams through their daily activities.  Your role will include arranging all food services across multiple locations ensuring client satisfaction.   </p><ul><li>You will lead your team through food safety training and lead a strong safety culture within a very high volume food service environment</li><li>Provide formal supervision to employees, monitors the training and development of staff</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.</li><li>Schedule and manage the team&#39;s daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.</li><li>Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings </li><li>Perform facility inspections quality assurance following physical and food safety regulations. </li><li>Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Post secondary education, ideally in business management, hospitality, facilities coordination, Environmental Services.
