The Creative / Art, works in partnership with a Copywriter to develop creative advertising ideas and oversee the design and visual look of ads or commercials. You will generate and execute creative solutions for clients, while ensuring creative cohesiveness from concept to production. You are a world-class Creative with strategic skills that can question a brief, come up with innovative ideas, present them and produce them with excellence without any need for support or supervision. You take responsibility beyond your own task to help others.

What will it entail?
- Attend client briefings and brainstorming sessions
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Develop interactive design solutions
- Create multiple concepts (per project)
- Prepare presentations and review layouts
- Send completed artwork to studio
- Supervise studio and print production quality
- Provide input to internal creative processes
- Present creative work to the client and help to sell-in agency recommendations
- Receive feedback from client on copy material
Who are we looking for?
- At least 8+ years of related industry experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- Proven experience in an advertising agency
- Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
- Strong team player, ability to partner with internal teams
- Consumer goods, technology and government industry experience is a significant asset
- A positive, can do attitude that leads by example
- Strong leadership, social, interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently problem solve
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
We are currently following a hybrid work model and come together in our Toronto office 3x a week (Tuesdays thru Thursdays). Due to the nature of our work and business, there may be requirements to be on-site/at clients/at shoots, on any given day, and employees acknowledge this as a priority. Our office is located downtown at King & Berkeley, and candidates should be within commutable distance to the office.
