<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Our client, located near the Schaumburg area in Ontario, is a world-class manufacturing facility seeking temporary staff with the opportunity to transition into full-time permanent positions with <strong>excellent benefits upon hire</strong>.</p><p><strong>Position: Assembly Production Associate</strong><br /><strong>Wage:</strong> $19–$20 per hour</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Load and unload bins containing parts.</p></li><li><p>Assemble smaller components onto larger assemblies.</p></li><li><p>Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.</p></li><li><p>Identify and report defective materials to the Lead Associate or Supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Perform machine operation checks and safety inspections at prescribed intervals.</p></li><li><p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S standards.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all company safety requirements, including the use of PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, weld sleeves) and safe job practices.</p></li><li><p>Read and understand operational standards and job instructions.</p></li><li><p>Use basic hand and power tools as required.</p></li><li><p>Stand for extended periods of time.</p></li><li><p>Lift up to 50 pounds.</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple tasks while meeting production targets.</p></li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
