Do you have experience managing Multifamily real estate assets and are ambitious to grow your career with a growing Toronto-based Real Estate firm? Then read on:</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ol>
<li>Reporting to the VP of Multi-family, you will interact with and direct third parties when sending financial information related to the assets, which consist of 2000 units.</li>
<li>Set asset strategy plans for each property, including long-term plans, projected performance, risk assessment, and market influences.</li>
<li>Approve annual budgets and ensure they align with asset strategy plans.</li>
<li>Manage valuations and property assessments, assess development potential, oversee communication strategies for each property, and provide quarterly projections.</li>
<li>Review and approve capital projects and contribute to due diligence for new acquisitions.</li>
<li>Prepare and present reports to the executive committee and stakeholders.</li>
</ol>
