Realstar is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team to join us at one of our properties in Vancouver. Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.<br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities)<br>Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting<br>Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents<br>Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents<br>Assisting with leasing suites<br>Responding to on-call requests<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Strong customer service skills<br><br>Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)<br>Display a professional/presentable appearance<br>Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)<br>Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs<br>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time<br>Basic computer and keyboarding skills <br>Good written and verbal communication skills<br><br>#RS<br> <br>This posting is for an existing vacant position within the organization.
