We achieve this by offering continuous learning and development, collaborative team work environment, promotion of work-life integration, and exposure to a wide variety of work.</p><p>Imagine your future at MUFG Investor Services where you can grow professionally, in a diverse and inclusive workplace that rewards your contribution. </p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p>Job Description<br><br><ul><li>Play a key role as part of a support team covering the banking applications (SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, Appian workflows) and responsible for centralized access governance for various counterparty platforms</li><li>Coordinate with counterparties and develop workflows to address user provisioning, maintenance and user deprovisioning.</li><li>Participate in platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.</li><li>Coordinate development and enhancement of the platforms to increase automation and expand the utilization of features.</li><li>Internal co-ordination between distinct functions and groups to ensure high quality service delivery and total ownership of requests to complete resolution as appropriate.</li><li>Work with Operational Solutions and Global Training team to support and coordinate training on new functionality and processes across the lines of business.</li><li>Work with Operational Solutions to support/define standard set ups for each system in line with the target operating model and work with various stakeholders to facilitate adherence</li><li>Responsible for covering agreed-upon applications including cross training across team members.</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>An understanding of banking environment to bridge business requirements and IT solutions</li><li>Experience of providing analytical, technical support and administration of business applications.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Professional written and verbal communication skills essential</li><li>Fund Administration or banking related experience  is  preferred.</li><li>Experience with Appian/Automated workflows is preferred</li></ul><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>At MUFG Investor Services, we are exceptionally proud of our approach to Hybrid Working.
