<p>Our client is a <b>well-established public accounting firm in the GTA</b> that is looking to add an experienced <b>Audit Partner</b> to its leadership team.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for an Audit Partner who wants to continue managing client relationships and leading engagements, while benefiting from a flexible structure and strong internal support. Partners from other service lines may be considered, though <b>Audit is the primary focus</b>.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse client base</li>
<li>Maintain and grow existing client relationships</li>
<li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to audit teams</li>
<li>Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with professional standards</li>
<li>Participate in firm leadership and strategic discussions as appropriate</li>
<li>Optional involvement in business development, depending on preference</li>
</ul>
<h3>What the Firm Is Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Current Audit Partner or equivalent senior leadership experience in public accounting</li>
<li>Background in <b>small to mid-sized public accounting firms</b> preferred</li>
<li>Strong technical audit expertise and client relationship skills</li>
<li>Interest in a long-term role within a collaborative firm environment</li>
</ul>
<p>There is <b>no minimum or maximum book size</b>, and the role can be structured based on mutual fit.</p>
