<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>MINI Toronto is hiring for a full time licensed automotive technician! </p><p>As a key member of our service department you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of vehicles. Working together with our team, more specific duties will include; diagnosing and repairing vehicles; ensuring the service shop is maintained in a clean, organized, hazard-free manner; participate in any required shop safety activities; participate in technical training as required.</p><p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Health & Dental Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>2 weeks PTO</li><li>Drive Your Brand employee lease program</li><li>Team Outings (BBQ&#39;s, Go Karting, Holiday Parties)</li><li>Family Owned</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines</li><li>Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment</li><li>Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.</li><li>Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs</li><li>Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong automotive background</li><li>Red Seal Certified</li><li>Strong teamwork skills</li><li>Criminal background check</li><li>Must have clean & valid driver&#39;s license</li></ul></p></p>
