<li>Address customers' complaints or concerns</li>
<li>Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage</li>
<li>Prepare and submit reports</li>
<li>Prepare food order summaries for chef</li>
<li>Supervise and check assembly of trays</li>
<li>Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys</li>
<li>Establish work schedules</li>
