Who Were Looking For:

A cocktail bartender with:

Exceptional customer service skills: We believe in creating connections, not just cocktails.
Strong classic cocktail knowledge: From Negronis to Daiquiris, you should know the essentials inside and out.
Solid experience in floor service: Team members must be able to handle both bar and floor service, so experience as a server is essential.
A collaborative spirit: We dont have a top-down approach. Our cocktail menu is a team effort, and your creativity is not just welcomed but essential.
Prep day readiness: Candidates must be prepared to participate in prep days, including making syrups, pressing fresh juices, and ensuring all ingredients meet the highest standards.
A commitment to learning: Youll be expected to study at home and prepare for written tests covering:
Classic cocktails
House cocktails
Service standards
Alcohol and spirits knowledge
Language skills: An intermediate level of both French and English is required to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele and team.
Your Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest experiences by prioritizing hospitality.
Create and serve high-quality, innovative cocktails in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure floor service and bar service as needed, with a seamless transition between the two roles.
Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal and concept-driven cocktails.
Participate in prep days, including crafting syrups, juicing fresh ingredients, and prepping mise en place to support smooth operations. (higher hourly rate)
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our menu, classic cocktails, and spirits.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of bar experience, preferably in a cocktail-focused and high volume environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of classic cocktails and a willingness to learn new techniques.
Experience in floor service, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills in French and English (intermediate level or higher).
Availability for prep days to ensure the bars ingredients and setups are ready for service.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
