*Overview*<br />We are seeking a hotel, dining Room skilled and experienced Bartender. The ideal candidate will to have knowledge with current wine selections, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring a high level of hospitality while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Your ability to manage effectively and engage with customers will be key to enhancing their experience at our establishment.<br />*Responsibilities*<br />* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.<br />* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including handling and safety practices.<br />* Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.<br />* Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and making recommendations.<br />* Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.<br />* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.<br />* Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.<br />* Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations.<br />*Requirements*<br />* HI End Restaurant Bartending experience is necessary<br />* Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is a plus.<br />* Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.<br />* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.<br />* Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.<br />* Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.<br />* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.<br />* A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
