<p>Job Overview<br><br>We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS</li><li>Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering drink recommendations</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service</li><li>Restock supplies as needed and assist with setup for events such as banquets or catering functions</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service during busy periods</li><li>Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor</li><li>Ensure adherence to all health regulations related to food safety and alcohol service</li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or change accurately</li><li>Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or bars</li><li>Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is advantageous</li></ul><p>Join our team if you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional beverage service</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
