The incumbent shall be on an <strong>Afternoon schedule.</strong></p><p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p><ul><li>Immediate company paid Benefits for you and family</li><li>Paid vacation </li><li>Pension </li><li>Shift premium</li><li>Employee Shares Purchase Plan</li><li>Annual Performance Bonus</li><li>Employee Product Purchase Program</li></ul><p><br /></p><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in production and packaging in the food industry is preferable </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Ability to safety operate a forklift and other material handling equipment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (36.5 kg)</li><li>Proven track record of reliability and safety</li><li>Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li> Prepare various products to specifications using a formula sheet</li><li>Weight, measure, mix ingredients according to specific recipes </li><li>  Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring proper settings and adjustments</li><li> Follow established procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality of products</li><li>Maintain accurate of ingredients used, batch numbers and production times</li><li>Complete all documentation required for each batch of products including pre-operation form, temperature charts, record weights and product yield </li><li> Bring product samples to Quality Assurance for inspection/ release and advise QA of any product deviations Maintain cleanliness of work area </li><li>Follow all Health and Safety, GMP and food safety policies and regulations reporting any deviations to the Supervisor</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>RBI is an equal opportunity employer</p><p><br /></p></p></p>
