Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Tenure: Full-Time

Location: North York, ON

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule

  • Training (6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • After Training – Rotating Schedule:
  • Week 1: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Week 2: Four weekdays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM + Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday hours may vary slightly)


About the Role

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Agents (Mandarin/Cantonese + English) to join our team in North York. This role offers full-time hours, structured training, growth opportunities, and performance-based incentives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
  • Assist clients with billing, scheduling, and account support.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and accurate customer service.
  • Meet performance and service quality standards.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and Saturdays.
  • Comfortable in both in-office and remote work environments.
