Ideal for professionals passionate about employee well-being and impactful client engagement.What is in it for you:• Salaried: $49-51 per hour.• Incorporated Business Rate: $58-61 per hour.• 18-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.• Hybrid work: in-office Tuesday to Thursday.• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Assess organizational health using data, identify solutions, set targets, and deliver reports to track progress.• Design and execute customized health and wellness strategies aligned with client needs and business goals.• Guide clients to appropriate services, tools, and products that support workplace well-being.• Collaborate with internal teams (Distribution, Product, Marketing) to support client strategy and business growth.• Promote and maintain proprietary tools such as the Wellness Report.• Interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to support recommendations and measure their impact.• Participate in industry events and thought leadership initiatives to maintain subject matter expertise.• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.• Identify competitive gaps and contribute to product innovation and pilot programs.What you will need to succeed:• University degree required; an MBA or other business education is considered an asset.• 5+ years of relevant experience in client service, wellness strategy, or consulting• Proven ability to interpret and translate data into actionable, client-facing insights.• Strong communication and storytelling skills to clearly present complex data.• Experience developing and executing organizational health programs or strategies.• Comfortable managing relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.• Familiarity with engagement KPIs, digital platforms, and budgeting for health solutions.• Skilled in producing high-quality presentations and deliverables for various audiences.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Experience in the insurance or group benefits industry is an asset.• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
