<b>Bilingual Project Manager (PMP) – Technology Deployment (Remote)<br></b><br>
Exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional with PMP certification and 3–5 years of experience to manage complex deployment initiatives in the printing industry. Work on high-impact projects involving office equipment rollouts in a client-facing, collaborative, and bilingual environment.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Manage the implementation of large-scale office equipment deployment projects in a complex client environment.<br>
<br>• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project tasks to meet defined goals, timelines, and profitability targets.<br>
<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.<br>
<br>• Ensure structured communication and control plans are in place throughout the project lifecycle.<br>
<br>• Support internal operations and service delivery teams from project kickoff to final handover.<br>
<br>• Break down multi-phase, multi-site projects into actionable components.<br>
<br>• Create staffing plans, develop contingencies, and escalate resource constraints as needed.<br>
<br>• Coordinate training, change management, and post-installation technical support activities.<br>
<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through professional communication.<br>
<br>• Monitor risks and apply mitigation strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts.<br>
<br>• Track project progress, anticipate roadblocks, and resolve issues efficiently.<br>
<br>• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• PMP certification required.<br>
<br>• Postsecondary education in a relevant field preferred.<br>
<br>• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in the printing, IT, or telecom sector.<br>
<br>• Demonstrated success in managing technology or office equipment rollouts.<br>
<br>• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and tracking complex project activities.<br>
<br>• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.<br>
<br>• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.<br>
<br>• Skilled in client management, conflict resolution, and team leadership.<br>
<br>• Effective time management and multitasking abilities in high-volume settings.<br>
<br>• High level of professionalism, maturity, and business acumen.<br>
<br>• Bilingual in English and French to support communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients, as well as to lead project coordination and documentation in a bilingual environment.<br>
