Job Title: Recruiter II (Bilingual – English & French)
Location: Hybrid – Candidates must be located near one of the following hubs: Montreal (preferred), Ottawa, or Markham. Onsite presence required 1-2 times per month.

Overview:
We’re seeking two Bilingual Recruiters (English/French) to support high-volume recruitment needs within a leading financial institution’s HR Talent team. These roles will focus on end-to-end recruitment for contact centre roles across Canada.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of recruitment experience, especially in high-volume, customer-facing environments such as retail or call centers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident interacting with stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles (primarily contact centre positions).
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS tools.
- Conduct resume screening, candidate assessments, and shortlisting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.
- Coordinate job postings and recruitment campaigns using various channels (e.g., social media, job boards).
- Support the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute to recruitment events and branding initiatives.
- Report on recruitment metrics and participate in data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bilingual – English and French (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – minimum 1 year
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Previous experience in recruitment within contact centres, retail, or customer service sectors
