Transforming Young Men’s Future: The MALE Program
The Motivation & Assistance for Life Empowerment (MALE) Program is a new not-for-profit organization in Toronto, Canada. The MALE Program will focus on coaching young men (16-29) who are struggling with the transition to adulthood. They often find it challenging to leave home and become self-sufficient, appearing “stuck” or not maturing in an age-appropriate way. Our mission is to build strong, confident, and independent men. We believe more can be done to help young men overcome their fears and unlock their true potential in a short timeframe.
We are about to begin our journey and are seeking persons with a heart to make a difference and who can make things happen, to join our Board of Directors. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring our programs create a lasting impact.
We are looking to fill the following seats:
- Legal Expertise
- Mental Health
- Accounting and Financial Management
- Fund Development and Philanthropy
- Marketing and Communications
- Community Engagement
- Minister of Religion/Church Leader
