<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Design experiences that turn curiosity into conversion<p>As a Brand Designer at Coveo, you&#39;ll be a key member of the Brand Team responsible for shaping our visual identity and brand expression across global marketing touchpoints and internal communications. This is a hands-on role where you&#39;ll collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing partners to bring our brand story to life through thoughtful, high-quality design.</p><p>Your work will span digital experiences, print collateral, event activations, presentations, and emerging media formats. You&#39;ll own execution for key initiatives while contributing to the evolution of Coveo&#39;s visual system.</p><strong>As our one of our Brand Designers, you will: </strong><ul><li>Craft distinctive, high-quality design work that elevates our visual presence while maintaining brand coherence across all touchpoints</li><li>Apply and evolve brand guidelines to create layouts that authentically express Coveo&#39;s style and voice</li><li>Collaborate with Creative leadership on ideation, design direction, and execution across a range of brand initiatives</li><li>Deliver exceptional quality work with velocity, supported by strong prioritization and judgment</li><li>Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, and Digital teams to ensure design excellence across initiatives</li><li>Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance creative processes, unlock new design possibilities, and improve team efficiency</li></ul><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role </strong><ul><li>Strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, and visual storytelling across digital and print</li><li>3-5+ years designing brand and marketing work</li><li>Advanced Figma skills; comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Experience working within brand systems or evolving guidelines</li><li>Confident presentation design and visual communication skills</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience</li></ul><strong>What would make you stand out:</strong><ul><li>Uses AI tools thoughtfully as part of their creative process</li><li>Brings motion into their work to strengthen brand storytelling</li><li>Translates strategy into clear, compelling visual outcomes</li><li>Takes ownership from concept to delivery</li></ul><p>Do you think you can bring this role to life?
