<p>RE/MAX Millennium and our sister mortgage brokerage are seeking a dynamic Presentation Manager to join our team, with the ability to commute between our four locations: Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville & Markham. This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to engage and recruit agents. You will be the face of the brokerage, delivering compelling presentations to agents, educating them on our offerings, and supporting our growth initiatives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Conduct presentations and workshops for real estate agents to showcase our brokerage offerings</li><li>Actively participate in agent recruitment and engagement initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop presentation content and sales materials</li><li>Support both real estate and mortgage brokerage initiatives in agent engagement</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing and prospective agents, addressing queries and onboarding requirements</li><li>Track and report presentation outcomes and recruitment metrics to management</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Skills</p><ul><li>Proven experience in real estate sales, recruitment, or agent engagement</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to deliver persuasive pitches and conduct workshops</li><li>Comfortable traveling or visiting agents as required</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Knowledge of real estate brokerage operations and mortgage products is a plus</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Real Estate : 3 years (preferred)</li><li>Presentation skills: 3 years (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
