Excellent opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst looking to take on a key role within a growing electronics manufacturer, offering a technically varied position and long-term development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
On offer is a business-critical role where you’ll work closely with internal teams to optimize ERP systems, document key workflows, and contribute to system and process improvements across the company.
This global manufacturer designs and builds high-reliability electronic controls and systems used in rugged environments including oil & gas, mining, power generation, and industrial automation. All design and manufacturing is handled in-house, and the company is widely regarded as a leader in its field. Due to investment in IT systems and digital infrastructure, they are now looking to add a third member to their IT team.
In this role, you will work closely with finance and production departments to understand how the business operates, support ERP system development, and help deliver better data visibility and workflow efficiencies. You’ll begin with documentation, analysis, and troubleshooting—and grow into leading ERP-related projects across the business.
This role would suit a Business Systems Analyst with ERP experience (Epicor Kinetic is a bonus), data analysis skills, and a background in manufacturing.
The Role:
Technically challenging ERP-focused position
Responsible for workflow documentation, data analysis, and process improvement
Collaborating with finance and production teams to understand and optimize systems
ERP training seminar in the US + hybrid working after onboarding

The Person:
MUST COME FROM A MANUAFTURING BACKGROUND
Business Systems Analyst with ERP experience (Epicor Kinetic desirable)
Skilled in SQL/data mapping and process documentation
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
Looking to grow into a systems specialist or internal consultant role
