What You’ll Own

  • Run the full sales cycle from generating leads discovery solution fit proposal signature on SQLs delivered by our SDR pod (10-15/mo).
  • Articulate quantifiable ROI (lost-lead recovery, CAC payback) and tailor fear-of-loss messaging to founders, CROs and RevOps leaders.
  • Forecast like a pro in HubSpot: update deal stages daily, no ‘mystery pipeline’.
  • Collaborate with delivery to ensure seamless kickoff and land-and-expand into Care Plan/AI add-ons.
  • Crush quota: CA $225 k new ARR per quarter ( 3 Ignitions + 2 add-ons/mo).


What You Bring

  • 2-5 years closing B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services (ACV US $10k).
  • Consistent 100 %+ quota attainment and proof (commission statements, award screenshots).
  • Fluent with HubSpot (or similar), Zoom demo flow, and ROI calculators.
  • Objection-handling super-powers focused on urgency and lost-revenue risk.
  • Coachable, metric-obsessed, and comfortable on 30-minute discovery calls with CEOs.
