About the Role

Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional based in the Mississauga area?


Do you thrive on turning warm leads into signed deals – and want to be rewarded directly for the value you bring?

At SoftXPro Inc, we specialize in premium AI automation, intelligent websites, and custom business solutions. As part of our growth in Ontario, we’re looking for a Business Development Partner to help us engage local businesses and close high-impact service contracts.



This is not a cold-start role. You’ll receive qualified leads from our internal systems – your mission is to turn those conversations into conversions.

What You’ll Do


  • Contact potential clients in the Mississauga region (leads provided)
  • Present and sell high-value digital services: website development, AI integrations, business automation
  • Manage relationships from first outreach to closed deal
  • Collaborate closely with the SoftXPro team to understand solutions and client needs
  • Report progress and results weekly


Who You Are

  • Based in Mississauga or nearby, with a strong understanding of local business culture
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, digital services, SaaS, or marketing agency sales
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both written and verbal)
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and proactive
  • Comfortable working fully remote and independently
  • Motivated by commission-based income – the more you sell, the more you earn


Compensation

This is a commission-only role. You’ll earn a generous percentage of every successful contract – with uncapped potential.
