We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative 

Location: Trenton, Ontario 

Department: Sales 


Reports to: VP, Sales Operations & Vendor Management 



Are you a natural connector with a hunter mindset who thrives on building relationships and turning prospects into customers? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us uncover new opportunities and drive growth through outbound prospecting and meaningful client engagement. 


What You’ll Do: 


  • Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads via cold calls, emails, and social outreach 
  • Research and identify key decision-makers at target accounts 
  • Book meetings for our Business Development Managers to move deals forward 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads in our CRM 
  • Follow up and nurture relationships to advance the sales cycle 
  • Support with reports and light admin as part of the sales team 


What You Bring: 



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2+ years in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in tech or communications) 
  • Proven outbound prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreach 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organized, resilient, and results-driven 
  • Coachable with strong time management skills 
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office 
  • Fluency in French is an asset 
  • Experience in distribution or channel sales is a plus
