We are looking for a Business Manager, Finance for a Broadcasting industry client
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Overview:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Operations (Finance), the Business Manager supports the Retention and Call Centre units through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role provides actionable insights on subscriber metrics and P&L performance, while acting as a key link between Finance and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Analyze subscriber retention and revenue metrics
- Build and manage financial models and dashboards
- Support business case development for new initiatives
- Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reports and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, or Economics
- CPA or equivalent preferred
- 4+ years of finance experience
- 3+ years of SQL experience (required)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
- Experience with subscriber-based models and IFRS
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
