Pay Range: $30 – $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly analyze and understand existing business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define project goals.
• Design practical, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or tools.
• Document processes, decisions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project)

• Excel, and prefer Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, HR, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project analysis, business process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Notes: BA in HR preferred but Business, Operations, Engineering, HR, or a related field accepted. Rapidly analyze and understand existing business processes and workflows.
