This is a rare opportunity to be the first Care Manager to plant Kindred’s flag in a new province. Your fingerprints will be on every success story that follows-from the first hire to the first 100 clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead market entry: Contribute to our overall growth strategy in ON/NS , bringing Kindred’s care model to life in new communities.
- Build brand presence: Cultivate and secure relationships with key referral sources, health authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Grow the team: Develop and implement local caregiver recruitment plans; hire and mentor your initial cohort of staff.
- Support first clients: Conduct initial assessments, customize care plans, and ensure rapid onboarding.
- Systems and Processes: Tailoring existing workflows to meet local needs while leveraging support from centralized teams.
- Represent Kindred: Be our voice at regional events, town halls, and foundational community engagements.
- Inspire a culture: Model positivity, resilience, and our core values from day one to build a committed and joyful team.
- Track engagement impact through qualitative and quantitative data to inform service, team, and growth improvements.
What You Bring
- Proven experience launching new ventures or expanding operations in a service-based industry.
- A track record in relationship building, growth strategy, and operational leadership.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and charting your own path-with centralized support.
- Strong decision-making skills, initiative, and a bias toward action.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or territories.
- Reside in the GTA and open to regional travel.
- The ability to speak additional languages is considered an asset.
