<p>Senior Caregiver/Campanion</p><p>We are searching for (part time) compassionate, attentive and cheerful Senior Caregivers to join our team.</p><p>We are searching for someone that is available on Wednesday (2pm to 8pm), Thursday (8am to 2pm), Friday (2pm to 8pm) and Saturday a month (2pm to 8pm).</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Supporting the individual with daily activities such as dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene (PSW)</li><li>Helping with simple household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry</li><li>Assisting with grocery shopping and meal preparation</li><li>Comply with health and safety regulations</li><li>Provide emotional support and companionship</li><li>Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs</li><li>Ensure clients' comfort and safety at all times</li><li>Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous Care giver experience an asset</li><li>Knowledge of general housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints</li><li>Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards</li><li>Respectful and compassionate</li><li>Good time management</li><li>Strong ethics</li><li>Physical endurance</li><li>Certification in first aid, CPR, and caregiver training is preferred</li><li>Personal Vehicle an asset</li><li>Vulnerable Sector check</li><li>Bilingualism an asset</li><li>References required</li></ul><p>Email: </p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Secondary School (preferred)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>Driving Licence (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
