The ideal candidate is safety-minded, physically capable, and comfortable working on active construction sites. This role supports skilled trades and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist with general construction tasks such as site preparation, cleanup, and material handling</li><li>Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Operate basic hand and power tools safely</li><li>Dig trenches, backfill, and compact soil as needed</li><li>Assist carpenters</li><li>Set up and break down work areas, barricades, and safety signage</li><li>Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized job site</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or foreman</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3 years of previous construction experience required, preferably carpentry</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work</li><li>Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Good knowledge of construction tools and equipment</li><li>Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li></ul><p> </p></p>Company Description<p>We are a high end start to finish construction company.
