What We're Looking For:<ul><li>A caring and compassionate individual who loves helping others.</li><li>Strong communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.</li><li>Previous dental assisting experience/completion of a certified dental assistant program, including HARP certification.</li><li>Willingness to perform reception duties, and to grow in your role and career at our office.</li><li>A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li><li>Hours include some evenings and some Saturdays (depending on the time of year).</li></ul>
<br>Your Role:<ul><li>Assisting the dentist during procedures.</li><li>Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.</li><li>Ability to multitask and is detail-oriented.</li><li>Expose and mount diagnostic-quality intraoral X-rays.</li><li>Providing high-quality, personalized, patient care and education.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Reception duties including answering the phone, scheduling appointments, filing and checking out patients, handling Insurance Submissions, Estimates, and other administrative duties.</li></ul>
