<p>We're looking to bring on a Certified Personal Trainer to join our team at Forever Aesthetic.</p><p>Forever Aesthetic is a<br>private, luxury training facility<br>focused on results, professionalism, and delivering a high-quality client experience. We specialize in<br>law enforcement and military fitness preparation<br>alongside lifestyle clients focused on fat loss, muscle building, mobility, and long-term performance.</p><p>This role is ideal for a coach who values<br>strong programming, clear communication, and consistency<br>, and who takes pride in delivering high-level coaching every session.</p><p>What the role involves</p><ul><li>Delivering safe, effective, and engaging<br> one-on-one and small group training sessions</li><li>Designing and implementing individualized training programs<br> based on assessments, goals, and progress</li><li>Modifying programs to ensure safety, progression, and results</li><li>Providing<br> general nutrition guidance<br> aligned with client training and lifestyle goals</li><li>Building strong client relationships and contributing to long-term retention</li><li>Maintaining a professional, high-energy coaching environment</li><li>Participating in basic marketing efforts<br> , including posting<br> 1–3 times per week on social media<br> to showcase training, group sessions, and client work (with consent), aligned with the Forever Aesthetic brand</li></ul><p>What we're looking for</p><ul><li>Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)</li><li>Current CPR & First Aid certification</li><li>Ability to create<br> structured, goal-oriented training programs</li><li>Comfortable coaching<br> both individual and group training sessions</li><li>Professional, punctual, and reliable</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Confident coaching style with the ability to adapt to different clients</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a private training environment</li></ul><p>Role structure</p><ul><li>Independent contractor role</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Clear coaching and programming standards</li><li>If you're a coach who takes their craft seriously and wants to work in a structured, professional environment,<br> message us directly or apply through LinkedIn<br> .</li></ul>
