Channel Sales Manager

Compensation:
Total Compensation: CAD $150,000 to $170,000 un capped
Channel Manager – Canada (Distribution & Key Resellers)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Manager to lead Canadian distribution and key reseller account relationships in the Visual Systems market. This individual will play a critical role in long-term growth and expansion efforts, focusing on building scalable, strategic partnerships that drive success across verticals, geographies, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Canadian Distribution and Key Reseller Accounts
- Develop and communicate clear business plans with defined sales goals
- Enable partner sales teams through training, tools, and support
- Drive and support partner-led marketing programs and campaigns
- Facilitate open, two-way communication with partners to ensure mutual alignment
Expand Existing Channel Capacity
- Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to increase partner capabilities and Visual Systems expertise
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate partner performance and reach
Align Internal Sales Teams
- Ensure cohesive alignment between partners and internal sales organizations
- Equip internal teams with the tools to support and grow partner-driven sales
Optimize Channel Strategy
- Identify and address gaps in the current partner portfolio
- Propose enhancements to partner programs and sales models
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners as needed
- Maintain reporting and administrative responsibilities including CRM/PRM, sales tracking, MDF support, and QBRs
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales or channel management within IT, AV, or related B2B industries
- Strong knowledge of AV/Visual Systems technologies and channel ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to build, document, and execute strategic plans
- Proven success training and motivating partners in hardware, software, and services sales
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred

- Deep understanding of partner financials, business models, and value propositions
- Experience in C-level engagement and strategic planning
- Skilled in written and verbal communication, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders
- Familiar with partner culture and capable of keeping the company positioned for long-term success
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, depending on location
- Flexibility with work hours as needed
