We are now entering an exciting new chapter. After 15+ years at the helm, our Founder is transitioning into an Executive Chair role.

We are seeking a visionary, purpose-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Maple Diversity Canada into its next phase of growth, innovation, and industry leadership.



Role Overview

As CEO, you’ll take full ownership of Maple Diversity Canada’s strategic direction, operational delivery, team culture, and business development. You will inherit a well-respected brand and be responsible for revitalizing its position in a changing market.

During the initial 6-month transition period, you will work closely with the Executive Chair to align on priorities, clients, and team integration.

Following this, you’ll operate with full autonomy to lead and grow the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Vision

Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team


Re-articulate Maple’s mission, values, and strategic direction

Serve as both an internal culture champion and external brand leader


Business Growth & Diversification


Identify and develop new streams of revenue

Develop new business across CPG, financial, telecom, government, and retail sectors


Build a best-in-class business development and client success team

Establish KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and impact


Client & Partner Relationships


Act as the face of the agency to senior decision-makers and industry stakeholders

Deepen and expand key client partnerships


Drive Maple’s re-emergence as a thought leader through speaking, publishing, and events

Operational Excellence

Strengthen internal systems for project delivery, utilization, and clients’ satisfaction


Oversee operational efficiencies and reporting across departments

Install performance accountability structures (OKRs, scorecards)


Culture & Team Development


Build and maintain a values-driven, accountable, and collaborative team culture

Recruit, develop, and retain diverse strategic and creative talent


Champion inclusion, representation, and equity at all levels

Required Qualifications

10+ years of senior leadership experience in marketing, agency, consulting, or DEI-related industries


Proven experience scaling or turning around a business or division

Strong strategic planning, client relationship, and team-building skills


Expertise in multicultural marketing, inclusive communications, or brand storytelling

Entrepreneurial and operationally disciplined


High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal presence

Preferred Attributes

Experience in mid-sized marketing or creative agencies


Established network in key sectors (CPG, finance, telecom, government)

History of leading teams through growth or transformation


Committed to purpose-driven and inclusive leadership
