If you’re passionate about nurturing children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills—and want a flexible, digital‐first platform to scale your impact—we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual one‐on‐one developmental assessments for children (0–8 years)
- Design and deliver customized activity plans to promote milestones in play, language, fine/gross motor, and social skills
- Educate caregivers on evidence‐based techniques (e.g., guided play, positive discipline, early literacy strategies)
- Troubleshoot challenges like delayed milestones, sensory sensitivities, or social‐emotional regulation
- Host live & on‐demand webinars on topics such as “Building Early Motor Skills” and “Fostering Emotional Intelligence”
- Provide ongoing follow‐up, adjusting plans based on progress data and family feedback
- Document session notes, milestones, and next‐step recommendations in your MissPoppins coach portal
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a degree or certification in child development, early childhood education, or a related field
- Have hands‐on experience guiding families through developmental plans and milestone tracking
- Are trauma‐informed, culturally sensitive, and engaging in your coaching style
- Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
- Want to focus on promoting child development—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
