We’re Looking for a Child Speech Coach


If you’re passionate about helping infants through school-aged kids develop speech and language skills—and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual one-on-one speech and language assessments for children (6 months–12 years)
  • Design and deliver customized therapy plans targeting articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication
  • Educate parents on at-home exercises, language-rich interactions, and strategies to reinforce progress between sessions
  • Address common challenges such as delayed speech milestones, stuttering, or pragmatic language difficulties
  • Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Encouraging Early Speech Sounds” and “Building Confident Conversationalists”
  • Monitor progress, adjust therapy goals, and document session notes in your MissPoppins coach portal

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Hold an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or equivalent credentials
  • Have hands-on experience working with diverse pediatric populations
  • Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and engaging in your coaching approach
  • Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
  • Want to focus on therapy outcomes—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
