<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead land and site development design and analysis to meet client requirements, including sewer design, water distribution system design, grading analysis, and stormwater management design.</li>
<li>Write technical reports to support consulting work.</li>
<li>Manage Civil Engineering staff day to day.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance and ensure the delivery of consistent, quality products to clients.</li>
<li>Offer design and constructability feedback and guidance.</li>
<li>Mentor and support team members.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Civil Engineering</li>
<li>Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including Project and Team Management</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of regulations, standards, and legislation related to Land Development projects</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and independent judgment</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Team player approach to management, design, and problem-solving</li>
<li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
