<br><h2><b>Subcontractor Requirements</b><br></h2><p>To be eligible, subcontractors must have:<br></p><ul><li><p><b>Valid commercial liability insurance</b><br></p></li><li><p><b>Registered business number</b> (sole proprietorship or corporation)<br></p></li><li><p><b>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</b><br></p></li><li><p><b>Ability to supply basic cleaning equipment</b><br></p></li><li><p><b>Existing regular work (this contract cannot be your only income source)</b><br></p></li><li><p><b>A mobile phone capable of using basic cleaning/inspection apps</b><br></p></li><li><p>Willingness to sign a <b>Subcontractor Agreement</b> and <b>Non-Solicitation Agreement</b><br></p></li></ul>
<b>Job Description</b><br>
<br><h2><b>Scope of Work – Typical Duties</b><br></h2><ul><li><p>Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain hard floor surfaces<br></p></li><li><p>Moving of tables and chairs to specific setup required</p></li><li><p>Vacuum entrance mats and runner carpets (especially during winter months)<br></p></li><li><p>Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock paper and soap supplies<br></p></li><li><p>Wipe windowsills, interior glass, and entrance door glass<br></p></li><li><p>Spot-clean walls, doors, and partition glass as required<br></p></li><li><p>Clean baseboards as assigned<br></p></li><li><p>Move small tables and clean underneath when necessary<br></p></li><li><p>Empty and re-line waste and recycling bins<br></p></li><li><p>Collect garbage and transport to designated disposal point<br></p></li><li><p>Report maintenance or cleanliness issues (e.g., clogged fixtures)<br></p></li><li><p>Other related cleaning tasks as required<br></p></li></ul>
