<h3>In this role, you will</h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.</li>
<li>Be responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.</li>
<li>Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.</li>
<li>Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.</li>
<li>Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, empowering employees to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we’re looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fully Registered Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapist or related healthcare professional</li>
<li>Minimum of 1–5 years of clinical and leadership experience</li>
<li>Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to balance patient care, operational leadership, and financial accountability</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered mindset</li>
